Marni’s Life Before Mary Kay
Marni McKenna Hendricks started her Mary Kay business in January of 2006 as a full time college student working four jobs. She joined Mary Kay for a balanced lifestyle and unlimited earning potential.
Marni has earned the use of five Mary Kay Career Cars and has been driving the prestigious Pink Cadillac since her 15th month in the company! She is currently driving a $40,000 customized Pink Cadillac SRX! Marni has been a Star Consultant every single quarter since signing her Beauty Consultant agreement. Her highest earnings in one month have been $15,590.83!
Marni has made appearances in the National Court of Sales and the National Court of Sharing four times, making her a four-time Triple Star Achiever. She is most proud of her unit for achieving the:

In 2010, the MEGGA*S were also named the Most Improved Unit in the state of Wisconsin!
Marni and her husband, Brian live in Wisconsin with their two fur-babies, Daisy and Duke. Her passion is to live her life in line with Mary Kay’s philosophies~Faith First, Family Second, and Career Third, The Golden Rule, and the undying belief that women can and should achieve their dreams.

The symbol that most represents the legacy Marni hopes to leave is that of the Butterfly. Marni believes that the greatest gift you can offer someone is your belief in them and hope. Hope is the earnest expectation of a favorable outcome. She says, “When things get tough in business or in life and we feel like giving up, we feel like throwing in the towel, we must focus and never lose hope because we will soon become a butterfly!”
